is an easy way to find the size of your dogs neck for his/her collar.

You will need three things 1) A piece of string or something you can hold together around your dogs neck. (A necktie, scarf or a belt will also work). 2) A yardstick or measuring tape. 3) And your dog! |

Have your dog sit calmly. Hold the string with the tips of your fingers. |

Place the string around your dogs neck to go completely around till your fingers meet. Keep your fingers on the string. |

Lay the string on the yardstick. However many inches you measure is: Your dogs neck and collar size! |
